Lady-T Protection Services is 100% black-female owned and managed Nothando Baloyi is the founder and Managing Director of the company. After she completed her Marketing Management Diploma with the Institute of Marketing Management (IMM) in 1997 she started her career in Customer services within the banking industry.
Two years later she joined Discovery Health’s Corporate Services Division.
In 2003 she moved to the Security Industry where she was employed as a Marketing Manager and 3 years later she was promoted to the Marketing Director position.
In 2004 and 2005 she furthered her studies with Wits Business School, doing MAP (Management Advancement Programme) and then Labour Law Diploma with Global Business College.
Nothando’s passion for the security industry grew extensively and she never looked back ever since. She has a vast amount of experience within the security industry including handling high profile clients such as, SABC, Eskom, National Prosecuting Authority, Telkom, Sterkfontein Hospital, Ikhaya Lethemba (Department of Community Saftey) etc. while still serving as a Marketing Director with NSA Security prior to the establishment of Lady T Protection Services.
The ability to deliver demonstrated during the tenure at NSA Security Services has rubbed off into Lady T Protection Services’ success in securinga contract with The National Union of Mine Workers in three Provinces, viz. Gauteng, North-West and Mpumalangain rendering VIP and Corporate Security services.
The amount of support that Lady-T receives as well as having an experienceteam of managers who have been in thesecurity business for more than 15 years,will certainly add value to its clients security needs and operations.
